I was hoping some celebrities would care.
Now I know its safe for the rest of us to care.

This tragedy is going to bring millions of people together.
What!! No #je suis chrétien
However, cathedrals have been collapsing or burning down for the last thousand years.
Quite often, dozens of workmen, or hundreds of worshipers were killed when that happened.
To no one’s surprise, the French authorities ruled out arson or terrorism before the flames were even extinguished.
The fact this happened during Easter week makes me very suspicious.
“Celebrities put aside politics” this speaks volumes! not for what it states but more of what a load of horse sh## it represents. They parallel any tragic event which they pompously deem important enough to give up THE most important aspect in there sorry a## lives POLITICS! They could give a rats a## about this cathedral fire because they see it as another vehicle to latch on to that’s on the front page for the world to see, they do not see it as a tagic loss to the faithful and a historical loss to humanity
It was similar to 9/11 for me , not the same but through the heart break and hurt of the moment,my anger rose as I once again realized how much we are at war.
Care less what these a-holes think.
Wait until these yahoos hear that their beloved Muslims are responsible. How are they going to reconcile those two issues?
Imagine if they put politics aside, period, and just did their jobs, gratefully...
But is Quasimodo OK?
How is this setting aside politics?
Ellie Goulding (whoever that is) said, “I am praying (which I dont do often) for the fire to be contained soon”.
Perhaps that’s the problem right there.
Celebrities--what would we do without them?
I remember going to Townhall for items of interest about a decade and a half ago.
What the heck happened to them? Sad.
Such BS. Just how 'united' are we?
Maybe these professional pretenders can tell the truth for once and put the blame for this fire on the shoulders of the ones that deserve it...the French. Inviting your mortal enemy into your country to live side-by-side with you can only lead to one thing...your own destruction. I give you Notre Dame.
I have no sympathy for the French.
Now that the Glitterati have weighed in, we mere mortals can have an opinion.
It’s certainly a tragedy... and though I hated to see that destruction, I’m sorry to say all the Anti-American creeps who never miss an opportunity to bash Uncle Sam, will be standing around with their palms up for THIS one.
Again, not to belittle the issue, they’ll need to moderate their rhetoric long enough to come to us ‘hat in hand’ AGAIN!
Maybe this time....they’ll remember which side their bread is buttered on!
Let the virtue signalling begin!
If I were still on Facebook, I’m guessing I would probably be seeing liberals replacing their cover photos with a picture of ND, and proudly forwarding memes stating, “We stand with Paris”, or something equally trite.
celebrities, what would we do without them!
