Perhaps, but remember how much we chastise CNN, MSNBC etc for speculating with guests on the opposite end of the spectrum.
As much as I despise Shemp and don’t particularly care for Cavuto....I’ll cut them a bit of slack on this. Time will tell if ND is related or not and probably best for now not to conjecture.

Not only am I NOT going to do what I loath in the left.....I am not going to give them ammunition to feed into their narrative that we on the right prejudge all situations to be of terrorist origin.
Just like CNN, MSNBC, MSM all looked ridiculous when the Mueller report came out because they based opinion/reporting on what may be as opposed to what is.
