Nunes is wrong. A/G Barr owes Congress NOTHING.

Congress did not commission the Mueller Report. Congress can get a copy - like everyone else - when it is released.

And then do with it as they wish.

I would think Mueller owes someone an answer as to how in a two year Russian collusion investigation Clinton’s name never came up.

Nunes is trolling Schiff. If it is a bi-partisan ask and Barr says no, it takes political party out of the equation.
