Most Americans dont want a nationwide bathroom requirement, health care mandate, or preferred pronoun law based on gender identity, but congressional Democrats seem to think its time to impose them.
Nancy Pelosi delivered Wednesday on her promise to introduce the so-called Equality Act, which would elevate sexual orientation and gender identity to protected classes in federal anti-discrimination law.
Although that may sound nice in theory, in practice sexual orientation and gender identity policies at the state and local level have caused profound harms to Americans from all walks of life.
How might a sexual orientation and gender identity law on the federal level, as introduced in the House and Senate, affect you and your community? Here are seven ways:
(Excerpt) Read more at heritage.org ...
1. It would penalize Americans who dont affirm new sexual norms or gender ideology.
2. It would compel speech.
3. It could shut down charities.
4. It would allow more biological males to defeat girls in sports.
5. It could be used to coerce medical professionals.
6. It could lead to more parents losing custody of their children.
7. It would enable sexual assault.

We will not comply. Oh, and FUNP.
I’ve been asking this question for a while. Why, when Democrats held the House, Senate and Presidency in 2009, did they not try to pass this legislation? Is it just a political football for them?
When Democrats were in charge, why didn’t they do something about immigration, or slavery reparations, or pass global warming legislation, or deal with other issues?
Part of it is because they want the political issue to stay alive. And part of it is that they were so consumed with shoving Obamacare down our throats at that time, that they couldn’t do more than one big thing at a time.
The one about the teacher getting fired because he wouldn’t affirm a girl who thought she was a boy, I could see that happening. I have a student who I am pretty sure is male, but has identified as female. And the name is one of those gender-neutral names that could go either way but leans female. I just avoid using pronouns, as this other teacher did, and I use the name I was told to. But I can’t look at this child and say “her.” I TRY to think of the child as female, now that I have been informed that the child identifies as female, but until I was told, it didn’t even cross my mind. That child looks male, period. Haircut and all. I’m just trying to avoid calling attention to my uncertainties.
The left gets a lot of mileage out of setting the terms for an argument:
1. “sexual orientation” instead of “sexual preference”.
2. “gender” instead of “sex”.
3. “undocumented worker” instead of “illegal alien”.
4. “Hillary” instead of “Mrs. Bill Clinton”.
5. “tissue blob” instead of “preborn child”.
Feel free to add to the list.
Equality means the same. Not about the same. The same. Since every individual is different, it is impossible to have equal outcomes. But they aren’t talking about individuals. They are talking about groups, such as “all Blacks,” or “all gays,” or “all trans,” etc.
But those groups are artificial designations, with no basis in reality, so this is all a pile of horse manure.
The worst form of inequality is to try to make unequal things equal. Aristotle
This action should stop and not resume until Rep. Pelosi points to the enumerated legislative power that empowers Congress to enact the "Equality Act".
6. "Equality" instead of "power over others."
In other words, the "Act" doesn't cover what it says it covers, REASONS, but people over reasons.
Borg Queen: “Resistance is futile.”
Seven of Nine: “I will NOT comply.”
Hmmm...Do the RULES apply in this case?
When Republicans were in charge why didnt they do something about immigration, build the wall, investigate the crimes of the Clinton cabal, deal with vote fraud, quash global warming lies and deal with the sexuality nonsense that was becoming prevalent?
Were they guilty of the same need to have the issue on hand?
How come republicans do not attack the narrative? For one, submit a bill that puts XX and XY on all public restroom doors. The facility itself can decide what they put on the doors at their own risk. That takes care of the gender vs sex narrative.
Second thing is all youth and school sports athletes should be tested for XX/XY. You play in the sport of your genes, not clothing and makeup. This way there is no confusion on who is competing again whom. If schools and athletic organizations want both XX and XY to compete in the same league, just say “both.” That again takes gender out of the equation.
Biology isn’t “how I feel.” It’s settled science.
Identity - Sex, Gender, Race
feelings - Rejection of reason
hate - political disagreement
Nazi, Fascist - someone with whom a leftist disagrees
Nazi, Fascist - victim of violent attach by a leftist
Nazi, Fascist - peaceful protester
Late term abortion - murder of a newborn baby
Protest - Shout down speech with which they disagree, often with threats of violence.
Triggered - Complete rejection of human reasoning, just like “Pavlov’s dogs.”
