Someone claiming that he asked mother if he was in the way.. She said no.. He then threw the kid over. Too crazy.

I read that the mother accidentally bumped into him and out of anger, he threw the child over the balcony..he should be charged with a hate crime, if this were a white man who threw a black child off the balcony he would be charged with a hate crime
