SAN DIEGO (AP) — The Latest on a court ruling that would have prevented the Trump administration from returning asylum seekers to Mexico to await court hearings (all times local):
4:45 p.m.
A federal appeals court has temporarily blocked a judge’s order that would have stopped the Trump administration from returning asylum seekers to Mexico.
The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals issued a temporary stay Friday.

Guess the 9th Circuit didn’t want migrants congregating in the common areas of the courthouse and using the restrooms. Its a public building and if 3,000 got dropped off just outside, they would have to go someplace. Funny how liberals behave when the politically correct delusions vaporize and reality intrudes.

I am irritated the courts ever got involved. Glad a sane judge was found, but the first time this was brought up, a court should’ve said, “The President has executive authority to enforce the law. Get out and don’t come back.”
They don’t need to sue anybody. They need to put people in jail and on ropes as the law demands, and use military force externally to repel enemies from our lands.
This group you mention is an actual enemy engaged in acts of war. Any American among their ranks is guilty of treason.
