CWBChicago ‏ @CWBChicago = BREAKING: Kim Foxx's chief ethics officer is leaving for private practice, according to multiple sources. Deputy is the one who said Foxx had "recused" herself from #JussieSmollett case. "Recusal" later found to be "colloquial" and not legal.
