I have a cell phone (my wife got it for me), I think it is in the back of one of my filing cabinet drawers.
(not really sure, haven’t seen the damn thing in two years)
Never have used it, don’t think I ever will.
If I want to talk to somebody I will use my land line or go see them face to face.
Yeah I am getting a kick out of all the people on this thread vowing to never have one of these devices in their home because of PRIVACY while most carry around in their pocket a device that has been listening in and monitoring their searches and web surfing for years.
Do you know what the difference is between an Amazon device like Alexa and a smartphone? You can actually 100% disable an Alexa device so it cannot monitor you by disconnecting it from power and internet. A cell phone is near impossible to do so.
