Vermont State law allows those age 16 and older to carry concealed with nobody’s permission. Younger folks can carry with a note from Mom or Dad.
Our homicide rate is usually one of the lowest in the country.
It’s been this way since 1791, but I’m sure our progressive super-majority will try to change it soon.
