I’m not even convinced our 21 year olds have the maturity to do some legal things these days.

As for 18 to 20 year olds?

I would hope the state involved would indicate a more mature groups of young people.

In the inner cities, I believe this would be very problematic.

Right. Because now, the inner-city young thugs observe that the law prohibits them to buy or carry handguns ... and to murder other people with them ... and so they refrain from these activities.

Liberals like you are the problem. You always want to restrict people’s rights. If someone can vote, they should have their American birthright, namely, the right to keep and BEAR arms.
