Pelosi’s bottom line is that she is a total failure as Speaker of the House....cannot control her caucus at all.

NOT a total failure: if she were, like Weepy Boner and Paul Ryno, the Dems in Congress would have given President Trump every item in his budget, and even more money for it than he asked for, then collapsed en masse at re-election time to allow the GOP to take over.
