Attorney General Bill Barr testified Wednesday that he believes "spying did occur" on the Trump campaign in 2016, as he vowed to review the conduct of the FBI's original Russia probe -- and the focus of a related internal review shifted to the role of a key FBI informant.

Horowitz, more broadly, is probing alleged wrongdoing related to the issuance of FISA warrants to surveil Page during the election. During a hearing on Capitol Hill on Tuesday, Attorney General Bill Barr testified that Horowitzs investigation is expected to be complete by May or June.

..... dirty too?
I’m in the car between meetings. Heard Rush saying that Sen. Graham was ripping Sen. Feinstein a new one during the Barr Senate hearings this morning regarding her Chinese driver-spy and that Feinstein looked frozen. I’ve been looking for video of this... anyone? Thanks!
Is there such a thing as chicken bokeh?
Sounds yummy. Have a recipe? Do I boil the f-stop?
Poach only. Boiling necessitates extensive post processing.
fox was Q’ed
Nah, skip those steps and go RAW.
That’s YUGE news!
;-)
Question is, which one of the co-conspirators will receive the magical get out of jail free card?
The first to cut a deal...
Page already was cooperating last year. I believe Ohr and Strotz were also.
“A million times worse than what Nixon did, isnt it?”
As I posted on another thread: “This is about 10,000 times more horrific than Watergate was.
“Watergate: A cheesy half-assed attempt by dolts to take files from an office, and then a pathetic attempt to cover it up for a few weeks.
“This’: A coup detat, planned and executed over the span of 2+ years, by the highest agencies in the country, attempting to (1) fix an election, then (2) thwart a president from taking office and, finally (3) take out a sitting president chosen by the voters.
“Not even close.”
You said 1,000,000 times worse. I said 10,000 times worse. I think you’re closer.
Nixon’s transgression was an over due library book compared to this.
“Barr didn’t say he believes spying occured, he said spying occured.”
I believe the phrase he used was, “Yes. Spying occurred.” No “believe”, “suspect”, “think”, etc. It happened.
I wish Gordon Liddy was still on the radio. His take on this would be interesting.
Good three point summary, MM.
All orchestrated, driven and unleashed by The Mullatto who learned political tricks at the best School of Political Dirty Tricks ever created, Cook County and Chicago. He never would have even gotten started in politics if he hadn’t used some of them most brazen dirty tricks ever including stabbing his own mentor in the back. We knew he was going to turn Washington into a cesspool, but never did we dream it be this bad and so existentially threatening to the Republic and the very foundation of the Rule of Law.
It’s 3:30 and Shepard Smith hasn’t mentioned a word about this yet. Like it never happened.
“We knew he was going to turn Washington into a cesspool”
Yes; we knew the minute he made noises about getting into the presidential race. And we kept asking how others could not see him for what he was and NOT know what he would do to Washington — and us. I still get riled when I replay from my memory my MIL saying, “I think we should give that nice young black man a chance.” Arrrrgggh!!
My own daughter was attending the University of Oregon when he was campaigning there. She went to his rally and called me while walking back to her house. “Oh, Dad. I just heard th ebest candidate ever - Barack Obama, He is just the greatest. He wants to change things.”
“That’s nice, sweetheart. You’ve had a really good life growing up. What is it exactly that YOU think needs changing in America.”
“Gotta go, Dad.” Click. Line dead. We don’t discuss politics. I never have gotten an answer to “what needs changing?”
