The Emergency Declaration doesn’t seems to include any rapid removal of the invaders. The current policy is still catch and release on steroids.
The illegals know it. Show up at the border and you get in.
And the Trump administration’s brief attempt to repel the invaders with tear gas, etc seems abandoned. Haven’t heard more about such things.

Trump: Talks like a tough guy, does nothing.
See the difference? And yes, I know that Trump can’t do it alone. And he might be playing some sort of 4-D chess. But the buck stops at the White House.
