I read earlier today President Trump likes acting directors as opposed to Senate approved ones because of the freedom to move in and out of people.

Good! If the FBI/DOJ do not cleanup its houses, Trump can transfer their responsibilities to HSA. Then, cut the FBI/DOJ budgets. Have the POS’s in the FBI/DOJ spend their time hating Trump with zero power while sharing an office with dozens like them. He can do the green thing and not provide those offices with electricity or heat.
