Rubman Ardon Chinchilla is a roofer who lives in Broward County, Florida and has been illegally living in the US for decades.
Chinchilla got busted using fake immigration documents in order to obtain a Florida drivers license and was indicted on two counts of violating federal law.
Chinchilla was one of 20 illegal aliens who was arrested for using an Order of Supervision, this is a specific federal form to prove to the Florida Department of Highway and Safety that an individual is allowed to be in the US.
Mr. Chinchilla and the illegal aliens lawyered up and fought the charges, arguing that the Florida Department of Highway and Safety doesnt allow for an Order of Supervision to be used as proof of legal status in the US.
Miami federal judge Beth Bloom threw out the charges on a highly technical legal argument and opened the doors for the other illegal aliens caught in the bust to not only beat their cases, but maybe also get to stay in the United States.
The Miami Herald reported:

This cannot stand.
Democrats want control of everything’s Ng from energy to healthcare, yet want no control of the border or the illegal activity of illegal aliens. This judge is of the same twisted mindset.
So how did someone allow that form to be used?
Chinchilla?
I wonder if that is really his surname.
Meanwhile, a citizen would go to prison for using forged Federal documents.
How funny would it be if she was the victim of a hit & run by an illegal driver.
Thanks, Obunghole.
She’s holding a copy of The Dummies Guide to the US Justice System.
Well, since 0bama himself used fake federal documents to become President, by comparison this is no big deal at all.
With a real new conservative governor and hopefully a conservative legislature, they will fix the “list” of documents and prohibit the use of this Order of Supervision to be used for anything other than what it was intended for.
As for the judge, there is not much you can do about assholes like her unless there is a “recall” process or she has to stand for election, in which case, go after her for aiding and abetting illegals to drive and illegally live in the U.S. Use federal law to get her.
But only if you have the right skin color like Rubman Ardon Chinchilla. Way to go, Rubman!
She is mentally incapable of serving
It would be frickin’ hilarious!
And then some asinine wahmen should let him off without having committed any crime at all.
Obama Judge Bloom who made this ruling is one of five District Judges appointed by Obama who are serving in the US District Court for the Southern District of Florida. This district is authorized 18 US District Judges. There is one District judge who was appointed by Trump (confirmed by the Senate last week) and there are four remaining vacancies to be filled in this district.
DISTRICT JUDGESHIPS ARE IMPORTANT. The more Trump nominees who are confirmed and take such judgeships, the lower the possibilities that Obama judges get assigned critical cases.
She looks like a porn star
The DOJ needs to charge the judge with Obstruction.
District clerks assign the cases as they are filed.
Instruct all clerks to assign car crashes and business contract cases to the Obama appointed judges and all constitutional question cases to Trump appointees.
See that should be a role of SCOTUS. An oversite over lower judges. Think of all the inane time wasted on there half assed rulings. They should be reviewing bad rulings! and prevent them from reoccurring, thus wasting their time and taxpayers money. Can’t demote them, but if they make rulings that have no standing in constitutional law, they are suspended from reviewing cases of this type involving illegals. Lib judges would be neutralized.
The more TRUMP DISTRICT JUDGES, the fewer bad decisions such as this one.
