And more than not when they do take some definitive action they end up snatching defeat from the jaws of victory.

Actually under a new court ruling Barr Must Redact Grand-Jury Info from Mueller Report, the Congress can never get a report containing Grand Jury testimony or findings other than the indictment.
We knew it was a lie from day one and Clinton and Obama complicit. Nobody in government seems to care.
I predict many suicides when the report that confirms the sky is blue comes out.
