Items #1 and #2 might explain one of the biggest mysteries of the 2016 election: Why was Clinton campaigning in Texas, Arizona and Georgia late in the campaign ... while she would lose Democrat strongholds of Pennsylvania, Michigan and Wisconsin?

My guess is Ed Randell came up with the wrong numbers ... on ballots that needed to be ‘stuffed’. He ‘over explained’ that after the election - his ‘excuses’ were waaaaaay too obvious. Wish I had kept a link.
In short, Hillary thought she had that area in the bag and didn’t want to waste precious time there when she had other fish to fry.
