Two female students who live-streamed their taunting and name-calling of Border Patrol agents during their visit to a forum at the University of Arizona are being charged with criminal action by campus police.
“I want to update you on developments regarding last week’s incident with the Border Patrol officers on campus and to reaffirm the University of Arizona’s relationship with the leadership and the women and men serving in U.S. Customs and Border Protection,” university President Robert C. Robbins wrote in a statement that was published online March 29.
“The incident between the protesting students and the Criminal Justice club members was a dramatic departure from our expectations of respectful behavior and support for free speech on this campus,” he continued.
Penalty should be 30 days on the border-southern side.
That Univ. President must know about President Trump’s new executive order...doesn’t want to lose funding.
Expel them, Ban them and prosecute them......................

They will get a strongly worded letter and then be praised by all the other campus lefties or the entire student body - except for a few hooded and huddled conservatives over in a dark corner.

Actually, if it was just taunting in a public area, I don’t see a problem with it.
If it was in a rented spot or a meeting, I do.
I would only punish based on a honor or behavior code expectation, in the first case.

The speech is good if it does not happen in the context of committing civil rights violations against others. The other people there have the right to peaceably assemble and she is violating that right. Watch the video yourself it is clear she is not an innocent party but an active antagonist.

The Border Patrol were giving a presentation. The students were screaming to prevent them for finishing.
