Joe’s creepy public actions of shoulder touching and head kissing are more in the annoyance mode than the serious rape or assaultive molestation mode that these women are trying to confuse with those serious charges for their own political ends. Women occasionally run into inappropriate characters like Joe and move on.I doubt anyone has been traumatized to the point of therapy by that kind of inappropriate behavior. No question there is a DNC conspiracy to edge Joe Biden out of the running. Lucy Flores is suddenly reporting something she says happened in 2014. He touched her shoulders and kissed the top of her head. She remained quiet for 5 years and suddenly, when Biden is considering running, she reports this horrible, horrible experience. What a crock!
