I've been asking that question for the past three years. If Trump's AmeriKKKa is such a racist, neo-Nazi, white-supremacist hell-hole, why are millions of "people of color" trying to sneak in? Nobody was sneaking in to Nazi Germany.

For some reason, Somalis are often depicted in movies (Blackhawk Down, Captain Phillips) as arrogant, as having a chip on their shoulder, as acting like they have been wronged and are owed something. It must be uniquely cultural to Somalia, and not Islam, as many Muslims from other countries do not act this way. Arabs, for example, are known to be gregarious in their treatment of visitors.

Omar fits this Somali stereotype.

So I Googled, and I found this article from 2008.

Like I said, I believe it is cultural, and it is a stereotype depicted in movies that is supported with anecdotes from real life.

More Googling revealed this as a common topic of discussion by both Somalis and other Africans. One post even compared comments by Muhammad about Yemenis which suggested Somalis were arrogant by, comparison, which would suggest this has been going on for 1400 years.
