Mexico will feel it first. Just close the border to everything except commerce. No visitors, no illegals. Close all border entries in California. Nogales, Arizona handles most of the freight and produce.

The cartels have got into the avocado business, well not really but they do charge avocado farmers a per pound protection fee, don’t pay them you die, so buying avocados from mexico supports the drug cartels
