After the things he said about President Trump and the way he went after him I don’t think it matters.
He’s a former CIA director, was running the whole thing and he and the people he supervised are paid to be smart enough to know if they’re being lied to.
It looked to me like he took real pleasure in demonizing President Trump, he deserves being disgraced and probably worse.

Though sometimes people believe what they want to believe and sometimes people that aren’t that important will say “yeah we got him on this and that or the other thing John, don’t worry!!” just to feel important
Either way he’s a piece of garbage.
