Actually I think Biden is just a touchy feely type of guy but not a predator nor pervert. However, his political foes in the democrat party are using this to take him out and define him as a pervert.

There is something more going on than just being a touchy space invader. He often sneaks up behind his target when they can't get away. Looks to me like he likes to get a feel from time to time.
I’ve considered that a real possibility all along. However in his position there are people who were well paid to tell him not to do things that can be construed wrong. He should have been told years ago not to do that, regardless of how innocent it may have been.
The MeToo movement was started to provide the back fill story against Bret Kavanaugh and many have taken out mostly Democrats including Joe Biden. I love winning.

I could not stop laughing. Even the politically friendly CNN host had to hide her face while Chickencooper described his date with Mom. Cringeworthy, but worth seeing, IMO.
