I have 11 year olds and we explored vaccines issue carefully. There is zero risk, especially compared to the alternative. Only seriously ignorant parents would skip them. And what about the risk to kids too young for some when there are others carrying disease because of their ignorance. Lock up and quarantine unvaccinated?

yes, is is a problem and also reason to stop illegal aliens as they are reintroducing long eliminated diseases.

There is NOT "zero" risk. My sister in law has a permannetly compromised immune system when the entire class in her Canadaian public school received a bad dose of measles vaccine. One girl in the class DIED.

There is a fund set up for claims on vaccines. The fund is depleted every year, despite the fact that many claims that might be legitimate cannot be proven by the legal standards in such cases.

There is also a lot of room for people to discuss which vaccines make sense (e.g. tetanus, rabies) and which ones don't (polio with live cells), which ones have moral issues (Rubella in the U.S. is derived from an aborted baby cell line), how often and early shots should be administered, and whether a parent's individual child does not respond well to vaccines (some don't).

It doesn't have to be ALL VACCINES on the GOVERNMENT'S schedu;e or no vaccines, ever, for any reason and for any condition.

That's not what I was writing about.

I was saying if you're going to go off on a tear and call for the executions of parents, then you shouldn't get all sensitive and say "oh please be polite with me, you're being mean and unfriendly" when people hit back.

That's all. If I had kids I'd probably get them vaccinated after doing my own research into the issue and consulting with a lot of people, then reach my own conclusion.

I MIGHT even call for the executions of parents who didn't vaccinate their kids, or not.

But the point is if I DID call for their executions, as you did, and somebody came back at me hard, I would not then plead for civility. If you want civility, make your case without calling for executions. Or call for executions, and expect responses back at you along the same lines.

That's all! This is not that important to me. It's just that I was casually reading the thread and I read your reply to some people who came back at you hard and I thought 'are you kidding me, you call for them to be executed then you chide them for not being polite over a so called 'difference of opinions?'

If our difference of opinion was that you thought I should be executed, I think you're the one who took it past 'polite difference of opinion.' 'sall I'm sayin to ya.
