A Rhode Island man reportedly passed out in court on Friday upon learning that he’d been sentenced to 260 years behind bars.
Thomas Goodman, 45 – who was convicted of sexually abusing multiple young children – regained consciousness shortly after, The Providence Journal reported.
Goodman was reportedly ordered to consecutively fulfill his prison sentence. He was convicted on eight counts of sexually exploiting children – getting 30 years on each – and one count of possessing sadistic and masochistic child pornography, for which he got an additional 20 years, the outlet said.

I would say he’s not in a very good position.
Two options.
Option 1: he dies in jail at some point in the future, with the taxpayer paying thousands per year.
Option 2: he just gets a bullet to the brain, tomorrow, at the cost of .25-.40 cents, depending on the type of round used.. Either way the result is the same and there’s room for one more in the prison.
I choose option 2.
2 six year old girls ...and a little baby.
He filmed his violence on the little girls and posted the videos on the internet.
He abused the girls for 6 long years- thy are now 16. The baby he molested when it was but 3 weeks of age until she was a year and a half.
Supposedly he was himself abused as a child by a teacher, then grew up to do it himself.
I don’t personally why a person is a monster. By all rights, they should be taken out as soon as it is realized they are a monster.
You have all the way to the point of not fulfilling a desire to seek help and turn in another direction.
If somebody seeks help, I don’t how dark their fantasies are. They are damaged goods and should not be punished. Once they cross the line, take them out.
He could NEVER be put in GenPop. The instant other inmates found out what he’s in for, he’s a dead man walking. Pedos do NOT fare well in prison. Even if he isn’t killed his life will be a living hell.
And no...I do not feel sorry for him in the slightest.

Wow, that’s the most near-sighted (in more ways than one) person I’ve ever seen. Yeah, i don’t think he’s going to do very well in prison.
Yeah, but 149 years from now, when he’s up for parole again, a LOT of us are going to be watching for you to do the right thing. :-)
Here’s to hoping there’s a clerical error and he is placed in GenPop for an extended period of time.
Where he can be brutalized and hang himself. Another way to end this and save the taxpayer some money.
Ew. He looks like a bug that needs to be squashed. The prison population will take care of the problem.

In prison he'll be labeled "Short-Eyes".
He won't last long. Being a short-eye is one of the lowest criminal profiles, even the worst convicted prisoners loath pedophiles. The minute a short-eye hits the shower in the Federal Hotel, he starts getting a taste of his own medicine.
