The Very LAST Thing Rahmy wants is an independent investigation of Chicago and it's legal system. There are about 12 innocent, incorruptible people, out of 20,000, in the Chicago system. The feds would have to build at least one new prison to just hold the Chicago government, based strictly on cell square footage per body sentenced.

I grew up there. EVERYONE has his job because of corruption, many have to kick back part of their salary to keep the job, and Rahmy is the dirtiest of all.

After the trials and suicides end, there will be a light bulb changer from Streets and Sanitation running the city, simply based on seniority.
