The White House is setting up a defamation suit. They’re focusing on these representatives because their positions indicate that they KNOWINGLY made false statements.
If a network, which is now on notice from the Mueller report, fails to correct these false statements from their guests and continues to allow them to make their false claims, there’s a strong argument that the networks are committing some serious defamation as well.
as far as I know can’t be charged with libel or slandering politicians.
