Interesting take. Keep in mind the Germans transported Lenin back to Russia to get Russia out of the war, so they did indeed at least fast tracked Bolshevism. One could argue those pushing democratic socialism may have won out over the Bolshevists.
Quite possibly, yes. The revolution was inevitable, the only question is what form of Communism/socialism/leftism would result.
