It’s not bribery. It’s tuition for the less intellectually-inclined, and it’s paid to the college. Bribery is when the tuition is paid to employees of the college, just as it would not be cool for me to pay $150 for a 65” TV to a Walmart employee who has lifted it from the warehouse, instead of the $500 it normally costs to buy one from Walmart.
