Yes, time for pay-back. I am encouraged with the full-court press this morning against Adam Schiff. Let’s see if they can knock him off. Will he or who will be the first to fall?

I really, really, really hope that this is true. But Trump is making a mistake by couching this as “my turn.” That makes it look like tit for tat. In reality, the Dems have committed serious crimes and cover ups, and the investigation of Trump was a hoax. The investigation of the Dems should have been going on for a while.
I have very mixed feelings about this.
Obviously, as a sold-out Trump partisan since 2015, I want revenge.
But it’s important to know (and we don’t know yet) how we came to this point.
It’s possible that AG Barr “made Mueller an offer he couldn’t refuse” after Weissman came forward with a request to indict the Trump children. We know that after a meeting with the AG, Weissman “left the investigation”, and Mueller promptly produced a report with the desired result.
We do not know what Barr (and the President) had to promise in order to achieve this result.
I’ll believe it when I see it. Although, if any potus in history would go after the accusers it will be Trump.

It’s an ugly thing when investigations and legal apparti become a political weapon. Dangerous times, dangerous move. That said....
THEY BROKE THE LAW. HOLY CRAP DID THEY BREAK THE LAW. They didn’t just break the law, they beat it with a 20 lb sledgehammer for 2 YEARS until they’d pulverized it into dust.
We have laws or we don’t. Laws apply to everyone, or they apply to no one. We MUST recover the legitimacy of the law, both in fact and in perception, or we will lose this republic. That danger is many times greater than the political danger, which is a pandora’s box that has already been opened anyway.

In reality, what is most likely is that next week Trump will make a “Let’s put this all behind us, and work together to help the American People”. And the Democrats will see that as total capitulation, and they will be right. I hope I’m wrong, but I doubt it.
I think I’d clean house on the media first. Just get rid of the commies in the media, schools, unions, government agencies and anywhere else they have wormed their way into.
