Basically what Comey claimed when he said "no reasonable prosecutor" would bring a case against Clinton for emails. The difference is that Mueller was a special counsel, and Comey usurped the power of a prosecutor to make that determination on Clinton. Big difference. I still hope that bastard hangs for overreaching his authority.

I guess my concern is that Mueller’s job is not to exonerate anyone. Either charge or not charge.
So if that is the case, why did Mueller write (based on Barr’s letter) in regards to OoJ that the report “does not exonerate him (President Trump)”?
