I guess my concern is that Mueller’s job is not to exonerate anyone. Either charge or not charge.
So if that is the case, why did Mueller write (based on Barr’s letter) in regards to OoJ that the report “does not exonerate him (President Trump)”?
All Mueller did was to present the facts. And that is what he did.
