The filibuster rule allows the majority to get away with doing nothing and not have to take the blame. End it now.

The filibuster was never meant to be used like the demotards use it. It was supposed to be a rare thing where the minority party could stop the majority BUT ONLY if they got up there and delayed things by talking nonstop. It required serious effort
The current version is just the minority party declares a filibuster on everything and stops the majority and has to make no effort.
