If it passes, its no different than sanctuary laws in other states. The feds wont stop those how can they stop this? This has the potential to get interesting.

At least the gun sanctuaries have the backing of the US Constitution. Unlike cities that give cover for an invasion of foreign nationals subverting the sovereignty of the United States.
