Agreed. But I am left wondering just what is so “complicated” about deporting a criminal alien. I guess some of the countries that spawned them must be resisting taking them back. Otherwise, where’s the delay?

In dissent, liberal Justice Stephen Breyer questioned whether the U.S. Congress when it wrote the law “meant to allow the government to apprehend persons years after their release from prison and hold them indefinitely without a bail hearing.”

Exactly.

If that is a "Trump victory", then they should also highlight the duplicity of the anti-Americans who argue otherwise, and the very real threat they present to our nation.
