IIRC, there is a Congressional Rule that NO ONE can wear any type of HAT during the sessions.

Less than two weeks ago, I read of a non-Muslim woman being physically assaulted by Muslim males, with the accompanying scream, “Are you not ashamed?!”
Too bad an “infidel” was not there to tell them that it is not required.
