Social media companies have been told to clean up their platforms or be prepared to face the force of the law by Home Secretary Sajid Javid.
Writing in the Daily Express, Mr Javid said: Tech companies must do more to stop his messages being broadcast.
Despite the original video being taken down, it was quickly replicated and shared widely on other platforms, including YouTube and Twitter.
Mr Javid urged people to stop viewing and sharing the sick material online, adding: It is wrong and it is illegal.

Yes, their reaction will be to seek it out ... however ... the vast majority of the public, right now, is not going to find it, and they’ll give up. It’s out there, but it takes different tools and skills to find it and download it.
I’m telling people that they need to take the as ‘practice’ right now, on how to get around government (and corporate) censorship and how to get these things, when it is being so actively suppressed.
So, you can get it now, but most of the people I know right now, would not be able to get it the normal way they’ve gotten things before, on the Internet. The vast majority of the public is going to need a lot more practice to get around the ongoing and the coming ‘increased’ Globalist crackdown on the free dissemination of information.
The Internet:
Invented to prevent commo distuption by Soviets.
Shut down by Americans.
And the US media conspired to stop showing the video from 9/11...which is STILL being enforced today.
Sheeple

This political statement is a scolding of all things Western; an ideological flogging of everything The Great Satan stands for.
Zebibah and taqiyya. How long will NZ be able to keep Tarrant’s muslim affiliation hidden?

When you’ve had experience in the TV news business, you know “if it bleeds, it leads”. So there’s probably a hundred million or maybe loads more who would watch the mosque shooting video from the shooter’s POV multiple times. If there’s decent audio, all the better.
Yeah, but they do make a pretense of having free speech. When push comes to shove, it’s definitely not like the First Amendment in the USA, for sure.
It is wrong and it is illegal.”
How so?
Speaking to the ‘current state of affairs’ in New Zealand, looking at it from the USA ... I would say the ‘wrong’ part is simply a matter of opinion, even if it’s the opinion of the government.
The ‘illegal’ part is a matter of their law, so that’s the state of affairs with their legal system.
Now, here in the USA, you can still argue the ‘wrong’ part, and I’ve already had people on Free Republic argue that with me, saying it is definitely wrong. I don’t agree.
But, you can’t say it’s illegal here, because of our First Amendment.
That’s what you get if you live in New Zealand. I don’t know why so many people were so enamored with New Zealand. I never saw them as a country to be admired.
When government tells me not to look at something, I look.
When government tells me I do not need firearms, I suddenly value them more.
This guy is the same person that is behind issuing the retrial of Tommy Robinson - which starts on Friday. The case was thrown out 5 months ago but due to the #panodrama documentary Tommy released, exposing the BBC show, and the planned march for Brexit on Saturday - they desperately need to shut him up....so drag him back into court and retry him.
What he is demanding is that tech companies find better ways to enable State censorship.
Watch...they’re going to make a huge leap - demand that tech companies can’t empower people to violate Sharia Law. They will demand that the global standard must conform to Sharia...try to impose Sharia in one check-mate move worldwide.
This guy is an MP in the UK.
In the UK today, whatever they say is illegal is illegal, regardless of what the law says. Their speech codes are so subjective you can subjectively apply it and punish those that they want to shut up. It’s the complete reversal of free speech.
Apparently, the English Bill of Rights only protects the speech of MP’s in Parliament, not the average “subjects”.
THOUGHTCRIME!! THOUGHTCRIME !!!
Well they did abandon their air force...I guess that's a good thing for some.
It hasn't entirely abandoned having an air force.
New Zealand folded the Royal New Zealand Air Force into an integrated New Zealand Defense Force. Considering an air combat capability unnecessary, the NZDF stored or sold its fighter aircraft, retaining its maritime patrol, transport, helicopter, liaison and training capabilities.
WOW... that “maritime patrol, transport, helicopter, liaison and training capabilities” is really really going to scare off the Chinese invasion armada.
Only the MSM is permitted to show video/pics of the Facebook Massacre.
I don’t believe New Zealand allows the media to show the video either.
But, outside of New Zealand, it might be shown on the media and outside of New Zealand, it is still available at various links. I got it on bitTorrent, by way of a proxy of Pirate Bay. I’m currently uploading it (automatically) to whomever wants it on the Internet.
How exactly is viewing a video illegal?
