We have a plea deal with a signals intelligence expert, having both Chinese and Russian knowledge, headed up by US Attorney John Huber with assistance from the FBI, IRS, U.S. Department of Commerce, the Department of Defense, U.S. Army Counterintelligence, and the Defense Intelligence Agency, but not the C_A.
