Put differently, the real battle over the border is not in whether a wall is built or not. Given what the judiciary is doing, the real battle is for Beotch McConnell to end the democrats slow walk of Trump’s judicial nominees and install ones who will at least give the administration a fair shot in court.
A word on Conservative judges: We all expect that a conservative judge will act like a liberal judge. Namely, we expect our guys to decide on a result and then manufacture some mumbo jumbo to justify it. That is not what a conservative judge does. They look at the case and apply the law. That means that if congress has pooped the bed and not altered the law to allow the result we want, we don’t get the result we want.

They are building in April just in time for the illegals mating season.
The old sections are like SIEVES— ask any Border Patrol around high volume crossing areas that had the former “demonrat” .... fence. Holes everywhere. And tunnels.
The old has to be completely replaced along with new sections in topographically advantaged crossing points (like 1 foot deep Rio Grande and flats between mountain terrain, where a wall is not needed- but designed barrier and high tech monitoring undetectable—are).
This is very clever leftist propaganda that comes from-— Mittens Ryan, McConnell and the rest of the Chamber of Commercial shiite— who LOVE thousands of pounds of fentanyl analogues shipped from Chi-coms to Mexico for the cartel mules to carry in their backpacks. I have seen new bollards with razor wire on top go up on the San Diego Tijuana border in the last 3 to 6 weeks. I go down there every three weeks. The old fence is being greatly reinforced. This is a question of semantics.

More invaders can be stopped by plugging holes in the existing border wall than by adding new “sections” at the end of a wall whose construction ended too soon.

For reference, quite true to life (more so than Zero Dark Thirty, for certain) are the “Sicario” movies-Sicario and the second one is called “Sicario-Day of the Soldier (Soldato).
