I think he should sign it and issue a new Emergency Declaration the next day. Keep repeating it while building the wall with military funds.

Way to go, Mr President.

While you’re at it, remind those pukes that The Secure Fence Act of 2006 is still the LAW!

“...in 2006 the Congress passed a law mandating the building of a border wall along the entire stretch of both the Northern and Southern borders, from sea to sea, as well as operational control of the maritime borders. The Secure Fence Act of 2006 is the law of the land. Under the Secure Fence Act, it is mandatory — not discretionary — that the government take complete “operational control” of all of the borders. That is the law passed by Congress and signed by President George W. Bush.

The Secure Fence Act and a 2007 amendment led by Sen. Kay Bailey Hutchinson (RINO-TX) allows and requires the Department of Homeland Security to decide what kind of barriers are best for each section of the border. But it is mandatory that the barriers must prevent “all” unauthorized entry into the country.”

Hat tip to Moseley

I think that President Trump has handled this just right. He worked with the Congress to get his funding, signed the appropriation to end the partial government shut down, and declared the Emergency. He followed the law and the Constitution and exercised his Constitutional and Statutory authority to deal with the crisis. Now, his veto will be sustained and then the Communist Party of the United States, AKA the Democrat Party will throw a fit to convince the Courts to carry their water for their insurrection.

Trump will first use monies available to him that do not require reprogramming under the NEA and will play a patient game to get the Democrats to make a big mistake, filing a lawsuit that cannot be ripe since he will not have done what they claim. He can fire the last bullet after they have worked themselves into a lunatic frenzy. We get our wall, the Democrats look stupid, and Trump has delivered on an election promise. On to the 2020 election.

I believe POTUS should do a presentation at one of his appearances where he explains to everyone why he has the Statutory Authority to declare the emergency. Why we need to declare the emergency using visuals, testimonials and whatever else he deems necessary.

After that, he should veto the bill in front of thousands of cheering patriots.

Maybe that’s why he did the other Emergency Declarations -— showing that they chose to go against this one for American border security and not the others. Makes them look like -— what they are.

Man, I read some truly idiotic responses to this on Twitter.

The left really has become mind-numbingly stupid.
