A growing number of Senate Republicans have announced they will stand with the Democrats in opposition to President Trumps national emergency declaration.
The latest to betray the American people is Sen. Mitt Romney.
This is not a vote against border security. In fact, I agree that a physical barrier is urgently needed to help ease the humanitarian crisis at the southern border, and the administration already has $4.5 billion available within existing authority to fund a barrier even without an emergency declaration, he said.
The senator is foolish. Todays vote is indeed a vote against border security.
Heres the list as it now stands and we will be updating it throughout the radio show.

This is the LEAST shocking thread of the day.
All the usual suspects.
Primary everyone one of these bastards. Not a damn one has a conservative oz of blood in their bodies. Everyone a lib in GOP clothing.
GET THE BASTARDS OUT!!!
The Republicans are Democrats? This is news? Follow the $$$.
There is no point in even threatening to “primary” the RINOs, especially Romney. He owns the voting machines. Until we go back to hand counted paper ballots, purging the voter rolls and then instituting measures that ONLY citizen residents are voting, ending ballot harvesting, and limit voting to one single day, the RINOs are safe. We need to focus our attention on two issues, getting the illegals out of our country and reforming the voting process. Unless we address those two issues, we are lost.
It will be interesting to see how close to 67 votes the bill to oppose the emergency will gather.
Yes, situation normal. What would be shocking is if the GOP were to firmly back and support president Trump’s agenda.
Jerry Moran too
Agree. We are losing ground on both points unfortunately. And our so-called representatives and senators in the GOP could care less. They have no backbone, resolve or principles.
It passed 59-41 does that mean that Trump cannot veto the bill or can he still do it?
Tillis changed his mind as just played on Rush! Not vote for resolution of disapproval.
These are the garbage that voted with the Dems
Collins Murkowski Paul Lee Romney Alexander Toomey Moran Wicker Portman Blunt Rubio
They’re always ‘fearful’ of what could be if the shoe was on the other foot .... protecting the ‘parties’ is of the highest priority over that of the peoples safety.
We know we have a broken congress...but they will never see it as so. Rather they will hang everything on keeping their seats and protecting the “political class”.
Isn’t that sad.
I read the Thread Title like I was reading the weather report.
no sense of shock anymore.
We need the Rs for the Court appointments so we can’t send a message during generals without screwing ourselves.
The PRIMARIES are where we need to hit. With real conservatives.
Though too many have seemed real until the actually get the seat.
We all know how Trump plans to play this out. He has the process on his side.
However, Senate Republicans are betraying Mitch McConnell, who begged promised President Trump that the Senate would back him if he signed the spending bill without his requested funding in order to reopen the government.
Trump will ultimately get what he wants. McConnell will be forever undermined by his own caucus, leading up to his reelection campaign next year.

his emergency action is both Constitutionally mandated for a president and C in Chief,
but
also
its specifically authorized by law
PDJT will, of course, just veto this Congressional POS piece of paper
and the American public will get RID of the stinking jerks who voted for it!
I understand but there are a lot of people that are waking up to the BS going on. Will it be enough, I am not positive that we can get most of the folks awake. My family have fought for the country long enough that I want to hope. (And harangue everyone who I can make listen.)
