Coulter did not name Kushner but it was clear she was referring to him on Twitter
Earlier she joked that 'Charles Kushner paid Harvard a mere $2.5 million to get Jared into Harvard' after his father reported paid the university a large donation
A spokesman said Kushner’s parents 'are enormously generous and have donated over 100 million dollars to universities and other charitable causes'

What you just described is straight-out fraud. And if you send that application through the mail, it is a federal crime. Look at it this way -- you're lying to people to get a benefit from them, and whether it is money or a slot in a school doesn't make a legal difference. It's no different from some fraud through mail scam where you get people to send money to you by lying about being sick, etc..

Technically, yes. Although it is unlikely to be prosecuted in most cases.
If I pay an individual in a school to get me into the school, has the individual committed a crime if they help me? Has the school committed a crime?
Depends on whether or not fraud is committed at some point, and whether or not you know the person you paid is committing fraud.
There is a word that perfectly describes Coulter and contains three of the letters found in her surname, but I’ll refrain from using it here.
While there probably is a relationship between the father’s donation and the son’s acceptance, Kushner was an honors student at a good private school. He was capable of doing the work. Later on he would complete a dual JD/MBA program at NYU which is not for the lazy or stupid.
But Ann has gone over to the dark side. She lost control when she started belittling Trump over not building the wall immediately, if not yesterday.
Now she seems to have gone the Full Monty in her anti-Trump, hate-Trump rhetoric.
She's indistinguishable from the democRAT Trump haters now.

Really. She’s the 2019 John Ziegler. It’s clear now that people like Broken Kristol, Goldburger, Bootless, John (”the Pud”) Podhoretz, and many others never ever were real conservatives.
My theory is the reason they are freaking out is they had a great scam for years: they could parrot conservative lines with no fear of them ever being turned into policy. They kept their place at the table as the “loyal opposition,” invited to all the parties so people could pretend to have “the other point of view” when in fact they were all on the same side. Thus they got to sell “conservative” books to dupes like us. Think of David Brooks and how easily he turned.
Just remember, donation bribes to a university pay the tuition for several other students. Some deserving, some not.
It’s different of course when the bribes are individual rather than institutional.

It isn’t a theory. It has been obvious to anyone who read the Weekly Standard, that neocons had nothing to do with conservatism or the Constitution, and everything to do with socialism and foreign interventionism. Why else would they hate those of us who are Paleocons, libertarians, constitutionists etc? We had been exposing them for *years*. They are scum.
