A Southern historian described President Trump signing the Bible during his visit to tornado-torn Alabama as right next to sacrilege.
Id never sign someone elses Bible, Wayne Flynt, an Auburn University professor emeritus told AL.com. Thats right next to sacrilege. Thats a holy book.
Joe Bidens former chief of staff, Ron Klain, also criticized the president.

Personally, I’d never sign the cover of a Bible (as opposed to writing a little note on the inside of a Bible being gifted) because it’d feel a little sacrilegious to me, but if it’s a tradition, I guess it’s a tradition.
Bible signed by Trump sells on eBay for $325
Rick Harrison, owner of World Famous Gold & Silver Pawn Shop a Las Vegas retailer featured on History Channel’s “Pawn Stars” said through his representative that a similar item could fetch even more if it had key paperwork.
Harrison said that Trump’s signature was a hot seller and that a Bible with a certified signature and sold through a top auction house could bring as much as $4,000.
