Sneaky Tony: Ex-U.K. P.M. Blair colludes with France's Macron to undercut Brexit

What is it with the '90s class of so-called liberals?

First we had John Kerry colluding with Iran's mullahs to advise them how to counter President Trump. We've also got evidence on assorted fronts of Hillary Clinton colluding with the Russians to get rich, sell influence and undermine President Trump.

Now we've got former British Prime Minister Tony Blair caught secretly sneaking around in meetings with France's Emmanuel Macron, advising him on how to cut Britain off at the knees in its bid to exit the European Union. The London Telegraph reports:

Tony Blair has been accused of “unacceptable” behaviour after it emerged he has been briefing Emmanuel Macron on how to force Britain to stay in the EU.

The former Labour prime minister believes that if the EU stands its ground over the Brexit deal, Parliament will cave in and accept a customs union - which would keep Britain yoked to Brussels - or a second referendum that could cancel Brexit altogether.

Sources in Paris confirmed to The Telegraph that Mr Blair had been speaking to the French President about Brexit.

He is reported to have told Mr Macron to “hold firm” and wait for events to play out in London that end in Britain staying in the EU.

Breitbart has additional summary of what went down if you don't have a subscription.

Blair's sneakery is something he claims are just "meetings" and his staff told the Telegraph they "don't comment" on private meetings.

But obviously, what he's doing is having some sort of effect. The E.U. is now vowing to extort billions more from Britain if it doesn't accept its already expensive terms for exit...

This is so easy for the EU.

They hire leaders from the elite classes of the countries they seek with the promise of cushy bureaucratic EU jobs and these leaders sell out their own country's working classes and non-elites in favor of the EU.

Too bad Hitler didn't think of this. Much better (cheaper, less bloody, and just plain easier) than the military option.

No one ever wants war but boy it would feel great to crush France.

They need an army to protect themselves from us?

For what? 20 minutes? If they held out that long.

And part of the EU ideas is to start requiring visas for Americans wanting to visit France, Belgium, Germany, etc. I wonder if this idea is in retaliation for Trump ‘supporting’ Brexit? Bullying Britain simply because it wants to reaquire it’s own sovereignty makes me really angry. Now the EU is trying to punish Americans for ‘supporting’ Brexit. Any wonder why Britain wants it’s sovereignty back? I think the biggest impetus behind Brexit was the number of ‘refugees’ the EU was requiring Britain to take in. The ‘refugees’ are destroying areas of Britain and ALL the EU countries. Pretty soon, if we can hold steady, America will be the only country that is still ‘FREE’.
