Abigail Disney, the wealthy granddaughter of Walt Disney Co. DIS, -0.18% co-founder Roy Disney, has long been critical of fat executive paychecks.
On Thursday, she put it like this:
‘If your CEO salary is at the 700, 600, 500 times your median worker’s pay, there is nobody on Earth ... Jesus Christ himself isn’t worth 500 times his median worker’s pay.’ ...
But when she was asked by CNBC’s Joe Kernen why she doesn’t just write a check to help the inequality, things got a bit tense on the set.
“It’s ridiculous to say that,” Disney responded. “My measly few hundred million dollars will do nothing to address the roads, infrastructure, schools, hospitals.” ...

Doesn’t sound like she knows What Jesus is worth.
But, Ms. Disney, you could take a pretty modest pay cut & increase the salaries of your workers. Wouldn’t that be FAIR? Or JUST? Or make you less of a hypocrite?
I am replying to this post. But I have nothing to say.
She doesn’t know Jesus who is worth far more than all the worlds fortunes x infinity. Depends what price one sells their souls for. Ask Judas what his fortune cost.
I got a letter today from a lawyer saying an inheritance has been sent to my account and the first thing I did was bookmark (the money is not cleared yet) a one week vacation for my daughter and wife at Disneyland Paris. That’s 2,000+ euros.
I will stay home for the puppy.

funny- i had a similar argument with an upper middle class liberal who hates Trump and claimed he “wouldn’t mind paying more taxes to stop the income equality.”
I then challenged him to put his money where his mouth is and pay more taxes and stop taking deductions on his returns...after a back and forth that went on for a few minutes he changed his tune and claimed he “paid his fair share”..
The liberal mantra: “With my guilt and your gelt, we can do anything!”
One day these people will be held accountable for blaspheming the name of the most holy One. It sickens me how they speak of Him.

Note that this issue in their minds is income, not net worth. They got theirs they don’t want you to get there.

Her few hundred million could do quite a bit. She could fund a number of things locally in her area and improves lives if that is what she wants. Concentrate on what you can do and quit worrying about the rest if it.
But as with most who say do as I say, not as I do, she is a Hypocrite.
All she had to say was that Iger isn’t worth the money being paid him and I’d have fully agreed.
A stupid, greedy Grinch and her money WILL NEVER BE PARTED.

Does she support the president’s infrastructure proposals, and is she mad at the democrats for blocking said proposals?
