First if you give a tetanus vaccine at the time of an injury it takes WEEKS to work. Thats how vaccines work. And that will work if you have been PREVIOUSLY VACCINATED.
For people who have NEVER BEEN vaccinated, you also have to give them Tetanus Immune Globulin, as well as then starting the vaccine.
Or we can just get immunized every 10 years and not have to worry about it.
Which has worked for about the last 75 years.

I question all the vaccines and their ingredients however, when one of my kids stepped on a board in the dark with a rusty nail he went to the ER. His last tetanus was a DPT when he was 6 and he was now 15 so off we went.

Americans can and have visited that very environment in Mexico, Central and South America, Calcutta, Africa and guess what sport? They don’t catch polio, measles, tuberculosis, etc.
