Perry is a budget specialist and a smart and honest guy.

This is a good example of fake news. They quote the Bloomberg article but delete the part about congress writing the budget
The only thing we have is the tax credit and I think a tax credit to put solar panels on your house makes perfect sense
Why the hell not its our money
Good start, but if you really want to cut, then get rid of the practice where people buy stuff just to use up their budget ar the end of each year. Spend it or Lose it next year is profoundly stupid.
