Rachel Maddow had a monster ratings night Wednesday — dominating time-slot rival Sean Hannity and even finishing ahead of two of the major broadcast networks.

Hannity has a mantra ( he runs through it every single night). Same on his radio show. I quit listening to his opening statements, they’re all the same. He’s repetitive, and melodramatic. Talks over his guests and has a little man complex. He spends his whole first hour on radio yaking his arse off. Might be good for a first time listener but I get tired of it. IMO.
That’s nothing new. He’s always been like that for decades. My beef with him now is he’s acting like a GOPe company man and trying to keep the serfs on the plantation with his repetitive attacks on Democrats. I’ve yet to here him eviscerate the GOPe like Rush does on a near daily basis. Very disappointing. Seems that Fox News gold leash is keeping him muzzled now.
Did these ‘viewership’numbers include the views earned via FoxNews shows (just about EVERY one) airing her’s and CNN clips?
That’s about all I ever see on Fox/FoxBiz, anymore (well, not since I’ve given up Fox/FoxBiz/cable news)....all of the CNN/MSPMS replays.
So absurd how Fox insists on giving these libtards any extra viewership.
Probably because Fox ratings are declining, not MSNBC gaining.
Fox deserves what they get, commentary without reason is an infomercial. When they ditch Juan Williams, Marie Barf, and others, I will take them seriously. The majority of the Fox lineup are alienated closeted Democrats praying their party wises up. Any journalist that allows unsubstantiated ludicrous comments either doesn’t care or they’re sympathetic to Democrats. Ludicrous
Agreed. Levin can get channeled and become tiresome. Rush is generally good but hits a special topic and gets monotonous with it. I like Mark Steyne when he guests for Rush. FR is where I come for what’s shaking plus some others. If you want opinions and wide ranging topics and can take the heat it’s pretty good at Free Republic. The Liberty Dailey is something I’m looking at now. A FReeper turned me that way, he was in a bad medical issue recently I hope he’s still with us.
Don’t put yourself above some normal intelligent people that read your post.

2. The anti-Trump fervor is growing; she is a reliable Trump hater.
I’m not surprised. Hannity does the same show every night. The players rotate in and out but the script is a constant.
He is becoming boring. Laura and Tucker are better but they too suffer from from the fixed script problem.
Very little actual news coming from any of these guys.
I work so I only hear bits and pieces of Rush and Levin so for the short time I’m there it’s interesting.
My go to sites are FR and The Conservative Treehouse. CTH sometimes get a little too Rah Rah...but if it’s a bad news day it’s good to go there for an uplift. Also has a lot of really interesting research. Overall I really like it. FR has a lot more subjects than CTH. Between the two I don’t watch news anymore.
There’s millions of butt hurt social justice whack-o types who are having a hard time coming to grips with the reality of the hoax. They are desperately watching Maddow as she is the one cable host who consistently holds to the fake mantra of Russia, Russia, Russia.
Fully agree. I usually mute Hannity’s opening monologue because I don’t need the rote history lesson he repeats every night. I also mute when he has that a**hole racist Geraldo on (which is most nights).
She’s been hyping the Manafort/Mueller activity all week, only to see him get a slap on the wrist by the judge. $50,000 fine? BWAAAAHHH!! Mueller wanted $24 MILLION! And a 20 years-off coupon was pretty nice too. Clearly the judge didn’t think Manafort was the “traitor” that Maddow is constantly saying he is. He actually had some very nice things to say about him. Narrative FAIL.
He's a retard. He was a fill-in host from Atlanta on WABC radio in NY until the legendary Bob Grant got fired for a minor joke about the late Ron Brown. Hannity was handed his huge audience and his career exploded.
I think it’s amusing how conservatives view news and sources. I drill through Rush’s show and hate the weekends. I really like coming too FR to comment and get flack for my comments. An open form for your opinion. I try to make good arguments. We have views, it’s nice to voice them and get feedback. I’m 67 years old, been married to the same lady for over 40 years. Don’t mean I don’t have a lot to learn. It’s great to have some smart people to spar with.

I’d like to think it’s because Conservatives are secure in their views that they don’t have to constantly have their views validated by some talking head on TV.
When I visit others or am forced to be in a room with a TV on, like a doctor’s office, it is like I crossed over to the twilight zone. I am amazed at the stupification occurring by the mubletron blaring. I can actually see the poison and waste of time that the addicts are sucking in. I am so relieved to get away from it and back to the real beauty of life.
Does he mention that he has a black belt in karate... or does he let his obnoxious producer prattle on incessantly about new yawk... ugh, Hannity is tough to listen to anymore.
