OK, then Trump countersues this piece of garbage for violating attorney-client privilege, taping private conversations without knowledge or permission.
It’s not about the money it’s about the discovery.
It will be interesting to hear Cohen’s argument for how ratting out Trump’s private business and records, grossly violating his obligations of attorney-client confidentiality, lying, testifying against Trump to Congress and the OSC constitutes work “with or on behalf of” company officials.
Has Cohen actually presented a bill that Trump has refused to pay? Or is this a pre-emptive stunt?
Does he have professional liability insurance like real attorneys (of course normal policies would exclude deliberate misconduct, so I guess he’s out of luck there).

Cohen was an attorney along with 14-15 other attorneys on some development properties Trump Org. was looking at; Cohen lived at Trump Tower, remember the fire, etc., and here he has the brainless act of trying to make President Trump look bad...
The reason I know about the attorneys and Cohen, I lived in PA. for 20 years and anyone knows that Donald Trump was in the news ALL THE TIME!!! until he announced running for POTUS, then their ‘golden haired boy’ was trash to them and still is, but he is Our President, we voted for him and what he did or didn’t do before he was POTUS is not important, it’s what he is doing while he’s POTUS that matters to me...
I stand 100% 24/7; 365 days a year as long as he is POTUS!!!

Cohen was lucky to be able to work for Trump at all. the mess he is in belongs solely on his own stupid self - can’t blame anyone else despite trying to do so. surprised he hasn’t blamed Trump for his shoulder injury and black eye... he’s no better than Stormy - at least she was honest about being a ‘ho’

I wonder if Cohen is billing for things that he made up and claimed he did for Trump as a way of entrapping him.
