Ann Coulter: ‘Idiot Republicans’ Surrender When Democrats ‘Mouth the Word Racism
Breitbart ^ | 6 Mar 2019 | Robert Kraychik

The status quo of demographic change is an existential threat to American cultural continuity, warned Coulter.

“I judge all politicians on their stand on the most important issue of our era [and] generation, and it decides whether America lives or dies,” said Coulter. “That is immigration.”

Coulter continued, “So I’ve been, for a long time, pretty tough on Rand Paul, because he was terrible on immigration. “He was Mr. Amnesty, remember? He was taking Rupert Murdoch to the Kentucky Derby, and Rupert Murdoch is famously open borders.”

Coulter went on, “So I’m not wild about Rand Paul’s instincts on these things, but he actually has been great on a lot of other issues. He’s very good on the don’t-start-wars-around-the-globe issue for no purpose, killing off our best Americans. He’s been fantastic on that.”

Coulter added, “I’m hesitant to be too critical, but I think [Rand Paul] is going back to being, ‘I’m going to be Mr. Principled Libertarian and please admire me for my principles,’ which is good, you can all slap one another on the back when we’re in the gulags together because you’re about to wreck our country.”

Illegal immigration and the southern border’s porousness dually constitute a national emergency, assessed Coulter:

On its face, I think it’s a nonsense position to say this isn’t a national emergency. Look at the other national emergencies Rand Paul has signed off on.

"Democrats support the status quo of both lawful and unlawful immigration in order to design more favorable demographics for their electoral fortunes, explained Coulter.

“Republicans,” added Coulter, “quickly acquiesce when accused of ‘racism’ by Democrats and their allies: Democrats know exactly what they’re doing. It’s these idiot Elmer Fudd Republicans. Most of them, all you have to do is mouth the word ‘racism.’ It could be for anything. It could be for, ‘You took my parking spot, racist.’ They just wither and collapse and produce a form letter of apology. That was one of the things that was so great about Trump. He didn’t back down just because the media was yelling at him or using the r-word. But yeah, the Republicans refuse to take this seriously as state after state [goes blue]. I mean, look at the state of California. It’s the state that gave us Richard Nixon and Ronald Reagan. It cannot elect a Republican, now. Now, the only hope for that state is to give Kim Jong-Un the coordinates. It is so far gone."

I just saw lou dobb’s intro to his show on twitter(below). Hopefully, PDJT saw it, too. Ann has been right this whole time. The dems are a few years away from never having to worry about presidential elections again. The end of America as we know her—A thousand years of darkness

Sounds like an ann culter over reaction. Watch Trump’s actions, not some talking head’s words. Trump is the only one fighting to secure the boarder. Lou dobbs has done squat.

How is this news? “Racist” is the “walkies” command for liberals to train conservatives to heel with, and has been for years.

Ann’s not unique in pointing out the dangers illegal immigration poses to our democracy. Countless others have been talking about it. What is unique about Ann is her undermining the man who’s actually doing something about it. So her being ‘right’ on this issue is meaningless. Her actions undermine the cause she pretends to care about. Ann is controlled opposition who sells her services to the highest bitter. Looks like she’s back to working for Mitt.

I agree with them both here. More with Paul because I think this is presidential misuse of power and it makes me uncomfortable, as it should every constitution lover.

But I agree that illegal immigration is a national crisis. However, more illegals flew here on planes, overstaying any number of visas, from Central America and elsewhere. Our crisis is not only about the horribly porous border, which does need to be firmly blocked off. I’m all for the wall. But it won’t be enough unless we limit all visas and most importantly ACTUALLY ENFORCE their limits. Can you kids remember a man called Mohamed Atta? Probably the worst illegal we’ve ever had in the country. He was on an overstayed student visa. Easier to do than crossing that desert. No wall will stop an Atta.

You have to admit it. She’s right. Most Pubbies suck. The only solution is for We the People to fight back on a massive scale. We’ve put our wishes and welfare into the hands of these lowlifes for too long. What have they done? Sold us out. Stabbed us in the back. All for their own benefit. Either we fight or roll over. Yeah, Ann can be a little too much but the truth can’t be denied.

Lou is rarely wrong and he’s not wrong here. I would guestimate a third of our population are unassimilated foreign nationals(legal and illegal) We certainly don’t need anymore.

And NOTHING is being done at the border while a quarter of a million foreign nationals came across in February alone(4 for every one they catch). Those are future democrat voters and spawners of anchor baby wards of the state.

Time was of the essence two years ago.

Yes. I have seen this coming - eventually, inexorably - since Ronald Reagan’s Apocalyptic Amnesty.

Ann is spot on about immigration. She may not use the best tact(embraces her inner b!tch) when it comes to her criticisms on this issue but she’s not wrong. And who can blame her? People who really know what’s going on get a little upset watching the death of their country in real time.

Ann Coulter is more right than she is wrong. And when she is right, she is very right. And it’s more than that. She will often say truths that conservatives would rather not hear.

Bottom line: Coulter is an asset to the cause.

The Dems say it is immoral to build a wall.

I say Trump has the moral high ground and if he would communicate it better he would win majority support. I’ve said repeatedly, and now some others with higher profile are starting to say the same thing, that the sexual assaults of women, the kidnappings, the fentanyl and heroin and meth smuggling, abuse of children, the spread of communicable diseases, the enslavement of immigrants and many of the other issues are immoral. Tens of thousands of deaths every year to drug overdose. To continue to do nothing when we know all this is happening is immoral. Trump has mentioned these reasons before - on the campaign trail and at the SOTU speech. But he needs to keep repeating it every time he talks about it. His surrogates need to repeat it every time they talk about it.

He can win the support of Americans if he can clearly communicate the reasons to the people. That takes repetition. It takes 7 impressions of an idea before people remember it. If he doesn’t repeat these reasons - if he doesn’t flat turn the tables and call the other side immoral for refusing to take action to stop these crimes against humanity - then he will lose the argument. Whomever can convince the people which is the moral decision wins. Americans are generous big hearted people. We empathize and want to help others. So when the left says we are immoral for trying to deny them refuge from poverty and hunger we hear them. Trump must counter this head-on.

This is not about racism. Trump has said “the wall” will have a lot of doors. That is a very good metaphor and he must repeat it. A wall to keep out the bad, with a lot of doors so that the good can knock and be welcomed in. We want to encourage legal migration. But we absolutely must secure the border if only to stop the potential for saboteurs and terrorists, but also to stop the drug overdose deaths, the sexual assault and slavery, kidnapping and worse.

The left say it is a “manufactured crisis”. Yes it is. It is manufactured by a number of leftist groups who are actively encouraging mass migration, and many people who come thinking they can make it across end up becoming victims of predators along the way. And Americans and other residents of America become victims of drugs and crime by the small % of people who exploit the open border for profit. So build a barrier - walls, fences, electronic monitoring, access roads for border patrol etc - but put up a lot of doors. So people who are legitimately in need can come directly and request entry, instead of paying thousands of dollars to criminal syndicates to be smuggled and potential victims. Let everyone know it costs zero dollars to come to the USA. You just need to ask and follow the process.

It’s not a misuse of power. Congress appropriated the funds and passed legislation to allow the president to divert the money by declaring a national emergency. The president isn’t spending any money that Congress didn’t permit. They even wrote a process into the law to overturn a president’s emergency declaration. And who has sole discretion to determine what counts as an emergency (per the law)? The president.

What’s interesting here is how all of the previous emergency declarations were pretty much rubber stamped. Congress didn’t see fit to even vote on them when issued and hasn’t reauthorized them every six months in accordance with the law (as I understand it).

When Ann is right, she’s right. Where was Mr. Principled Stand and his Republican cohorts on past emergency declarations. Why take a stand now? This is more about open borders in my opinion than taking a stand for the US Constitution. We pretty much tossed that document into the trash decades ago!

“I agree with them both here. More with Paul because I think this is presidential misuse of power and it makes me uncomfortable, as it should every constitution lover.”

Oh please!!! Not another pristine, “principled constitutionalist”!

The Rats have been unconstrained by the constitution for decades. You’re not going to beat them tying both of your hands around your back. We’re in a dogfight and we have to fight at least as dirty as they fight.

The constitution ain’t going to be restored until they are totally defeated.

Over reaction? How are you getting that?

Do you live someplace that isn’t effected by illegal immigration? If so, you’re either loaded or very lucky. My property taxes go up every year, having to pay for schools I don’t use to give the spawn of these illegals an education and free food. I live in a semi-rural area, east of Atlanta. Hardly saw any when I got the house in 2011. Now, they’re all over Walmart. A mother, sometimes a man, 2 or 3 kids walking around and one on the way that will become an instant citizen the moment it’s born. Then they all get to stay forever and the entire family, from South of the border, gets to come live with them. And the cycle starts over with each of them giving birth to a citizen.

That isn’t an overreaction. That’s reality.

Rather than watch the President’s actions, most of which I support, I’d rather watch the actions of Rand Paul and the 9or 10 other Republican Senators that are going to vote against the President. I’d like to watch the thousands and thousands of illegals and visa overstayer’s move into the neighborhoods of their wealthiest donors and watch it all go to sh*t.

As for her and Dobbs, all they can do is put it out there for public consumption and try to educate folks. Unfortunately, when they try to do that many, the MSM and RINO/Chamber of Commerce/GOPe label them as radicals.

Here’s the thing. Someone needs to hold Trump’s feet to the fire. I don’t mean someone to insult him, or to obstruct him. That’s the job of the opposition, the Democrats.

I mean we need someone to remind Trump of his promises, of what he needs to do. Without such a person, there is drift. But we have such a person: Ann Coulter.

Do I agree with everything she says, or even with most things she says? No. Regardless, she is providing a valuable service.
